The Way In

About

I came to this work by taking my own way in.

Like many people, there was a time in my life when I looked around and realized I had built a life that looked full on the outside but felt disconnected on the inside.

What followed was a journey of healing, exploration, and self-discovery that changed not only the way I understood myself, but the way I now hold space for others

The Beginning

My journey with psychedelics began during a time when I felt empty, lost, and in search of healing. I felt drawn toward psychedelic medicines without fully knowing where that path would lead me.

One of my first profound experiences was with Bufo—a powerful and intensely immersive psychedelic experience. What unfolded was extraordinary and deeply transformative, but what I didn’t understand at the time was that having a profound experience and knowing how to carry it forward are two very different things.

I returned from that experience knowing something significant had happened, but without the support or tools to fully understand what it meant for my everyday life.

The experience opened the door. Integration helped me walk through it.

Over time, as I began to intentionally reflect on and integrate what I had experienced, something shifted. My perspective changed. The experience became more than a memory. It began influencing how I saw myself, my life, and the way I wanted to move through the world.

That realization became an important part of how I understand psychedelic work today.

A Deeper Exploration

My first experiences only made me more curious.

I began exploring other psychedelic medicines and ceremonial traditions, eventually traveling to Peru, where I participated in ceremonies with multiple traditional medicines under the guidance of Indigenous shamans. I have also continued my own exploration through numerous psilocybin journeys.

Each experience has been different. Some have been beautiful. Some challenging. Some deeply insightful. Together, they have given me a profound respect for these medicines and for the importance of approaching them with intention, humility, and care.

Of all the medicines I’ve worked with, I found myself especially drawn to psilocybin for its gentle yet profoundly meaningful nature.

I see it as an accessible entry point for people who feel curious about exploring expanded states of consciousness but aren’t necessarily looking to begin with some of the more intense psychedelic experiences.

When the Journey Became a Calling

During one of my own psilocybin journeys, something became very clear to me: I wanted to hold this space for other people.

It wasn’t something I had planned. The idea arose during the experience and stayed with me afterward. It remained on my heart.

That calling eventually led me to pursue formal facilitator training.

Trained through an OHA Psilocybin Facilitator Licensure Program, including a 40-hour in-person practicum.

My personal experiences taught me the potential depth of psychedelic exploration. My training gave me additional frameworks for preparation, facilitation, and integration. Today, both inform the way I hold space.

My Approach

The Experience Belongs to You

I don't believe transformation comes from someone telling you what your experience means. I believe your own inner wisdom deserves room to emerge.

Holding the Space

My role is not to interpret your experience for you, but to create a safe, grounded space where you can explore it, trust your own process, and discover your own meaning.

Integration Matters

Lasting change doesn't come from the journey alone. It comes from taking what you discover and thoughtfully weaving it into your everyday life.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
If our paths are meant to cross, I'd be honored to support your journey.
