The Way In

The Journey

A supported journey inward.

Every psychedelic experience is uniquely your own.

My role is not to direct where your journey takes you, but to create a grounded, intentional space where you can move through the experience with support.

From our first conversation through integration, each step is approached with care, presence, and respect for your individual process.

01.

Consultation & Screening

It begins with a conversation.

Before deciding to move forward, we’ll meet virtually to talk about what is bringing you to this experience, what you’re hoping to explore, and any questions or concerns you may have.

We’ll review relevant health history, medications, previous psychedelic experiences, and other factors that may affect whether a psilocybin experience is appropriate for you.

This is also an opportunity to get to know one another. Feeling comfortable with the person holding space for you matters.

If we determine that moving forward is appropriate, we’ll begin preparing for your journey.

02.

Preparation

Enter with intention.

Preparation is about creating the conditions for an intentional experience while making space for the unknown.

We’ll talk more deeply about what you can expect, your intentions for the journey, the setting, practical considerations, and ways to approach whatever may arise.

There is no expectation for your experience to look or feel a certain way. Preparation isn’t about scripting the journey—it’s about helping you enter it feeling informed, supported, and open.

03.

The Experience

Your journey. Your pace.

Your facilitated psilocybin experience will typically last 4–6 hours.

Throughout the experience, I will remain present with you and hold a calm, grounded space as your journey unfolds.

There may be moments of stillness, emotion, insight, uncertainty, connection, or simply being. Rather than directing the experience toward a particular outcome, my role is to support you in meeting whatever arises.

The experience can take place in a comfortable private setting or, when appropriate, in a peaceful outdoor environment.

04.

Integration

Bring the experience forward.

The psychedelic experience itself is only one part of the journey.

Afterward, we’ll meet for an integration session where you’ll have space to reflect on what arose, explore what felt meaningful, and consider how insights from the experience might relate to your everyday life.

Not everything needs to be understood immediately. Integration creates room to remain curious about the experience as its meaning continues to unfold.
